The cost includes the price of the desired placenta products along with a non-refundable $50 shipping kit fee.
Here’s how our placenta shipping program works:
1. Sign Up: Complete the sign-up form on our website, and we will reach out to you with more information.
2. Pay for the Shipping Kit: The $50 shipping kit deposit must be paid before receiving the shipping kit, which includes all necessary materials for safely sending your placenta to us.
3. Notify Your Birth Team: Inform your doctor or midwife about your intention to keep your placenta, ensuring it’s noted in your chart.
4. Pack Your Hospital Bag: Include the placenta collection kit, leak-proof container, and cooler in your hospital bag.
5. Arrival at Hospital/Birth Center: Provide the placenta collection kit to the staff and request that the placenta be handled as instructed.
6. Once Baby & Placenta are Born: Keep the placenta on ice until discharged or until someone can take it home.
7. Pre-Freeze Placenta: Upon returning home, freeze the placenta for a minimum of 48 hours to prepare for shipping.
8. Shipping to Phoenix: On the designated shipping date, follow the instructions provided in the shipping kit and take it to the nearest UPS store.
9. Arrival of Placenta: We will notify you upon receiving your package and require the remaining balance to be paid before encapsulation begins.
10. Preparation to Encapsulate: We perform a temperature check upon arrival to ensure safe storage during shipping.
11. Encapsulation Process: Each placenta product is prepared with care following high-standard protocols.
12. Completed Products Shipped Back: Your placenta products are completed and shipped back to you, along with dosage guidelines and storage instructions.
13. Receive Your Finished Package: Your completed placenta capsules and other items will be delivered to your door.
